Rob has 40+ years of fixed operations experience specializing as a change agent in many markets nationally. He has structured approach and believes in consistent performance within dealership departments that relates to further customer retention. Most recently supporting Toyota Express Maintenance as a Retail Parts and Service Consultant since 2013.
He specializes in Service Advisor Training-Service Drive Process and active delivery strategies. Fluent with customer retention and increased retained revenue. Successful implementing performance based compensation plans, production objectives. and current marketing strategies.
Mike is a 42 year veteran of the car business who started on the service side, he has held almost every position on the service side before moving to the sales side of the business where not unlike the service, he was continually promoted until becoming the Exexutive Manager of a GM dealership that would shortly thereafter be recongnized as one of the most award winning retail sales and CSI dealers in North America. Encompassing the rare combination of a very strong Fixed Operation background with an exceptional variable operation skill brings a level of expertise and professionalism that rearely seen in this industry. Mike will say that he was very lucky because he worked from some exceptional dealers who continually challenged hime with new opportunities, but in truth, it’s not all that surprising to see who the lucky one’s really were since they enjoyed so many years of sustained success under Mike’s leadership.
Tony is a highly skilled automotive professional with over 25 years experience in service and sales. Tony got his start as service advisor and quickly moved up to Service and F&I Manager. With a strong leadership background he can share his experience to help your team grow their leadership and training skills. He has spent the last 13 years consulting and coaching at various dealerships across the country. He excels at helping dealers with customer satisfaction, staff supervision and training, developing and monitor metrics indicators and training management. As a consultant Tony preforms dealer operational assessments in sales, service and financials; Analyze data from assessments to establish improvement plans
Patrick has spent many years in automotive fixed operations beginning with warranty administration, Service Advisor, Customer Relations Manager and Fixed Operations Director. He served as a service Director for the last 35 years and was able to bring changes that resulted in growth and improved customer satisfaction performance. The hiring and retention of team members has been a strong attribute of his as he evaluates and work with each member in a way that maximizes their skill set. His main focus has always been to find and retain the best team players while growing the Fixed operation into a solid and profitable department within the dealership.
